Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained herein. We accept most major credit cards Visa Mastercard Switch. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing your with details of expected delivery time and an order number. We will deliver goods within 5 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us, provided the goods are in a re -saleable condition. Please Note: All goods sold as 'universal' items are strictly non-refundable due to non-fitment on a particular vehicle. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unwanted goods with the exception of 'universal' items may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition, your credit card will then be refunded. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer. Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if SWD is informed within 10 days of receipt. The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
